Policies

Return Policy

Merchandise damaged in transit. Items damaged in transit require special handling and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please do not return items damaged in transit without contacting Vanquish Products first. Along with the damaged item(s) please save all packing materials and containers as in most cases, the shipping company will want to inspect these items before finalizing the claim. To start a damaged shipment claim contact Vanquish Products via our Contact Us page http://www.vanquishproducts.com/contact-us/. Your Vanquish Products representative will advise you how to proceed.

Unwanted or mistakenly ordered items. If you would like to simply return an unopened, new item you no longer need or want you may do so by filling out the form found under My Account > Return Requests.  No call or email to Vanquish Products is needed. Upon receiving and approving your return, we will issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee or store credit. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. The 20% restocking fee is non-negotiable. Opened items and apparel are not eligible for return. All returns are subject to Vanquish Products receiving dept. approval. Returns with incomplete or missing documentation will be denied. Denied returns will be returned at the purchaser’s expense.

 

Canceling Orders

We cannot cancel orders that are already packed and/or shipped. If your order has already been shipped by the time we receive your cancellation request, you must go through the return process and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Refused Orders

If you decide to refuse an order upon attempted delivery, your order will be subject to fees associated with the return. Including but not limited to a 20% restocking fee, two-way shipping charges, etc... All fees are subject to Vanquish Products' discretion. We strongly recommend that you accept the merchandise and then proceed through our normal return process.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. No refund will be issued after 60 days from the original payment date; store credits will be issued. All refunds are subject to approval by Vanquish Products. Refunds to credit cards may take 3-5 days for processing by the bank or credit card issuer. This is beyond our control and we cannot decrease the processing time. You will need to contact your bank for assistance.

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on it's detail page.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Warranty Policy

Your Vanquish product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship when new.  Please return products to the dealer where the purchase was made.  If your Vanquish Products purchase was made through a dealer, any warranty issues must be taken care of by that retailer.  From that point on, the retailer will contact us if they find your claim to be valid.

Vanquish Products has the final say in the determination of all warranty claims.  This warranty does not cover damages due to normal wear and tear, users' failure to perform routine maintenance, error of assembly or installation, modification, and compatibility with other aftermarket brands.  Any modification to Vanquish Products parts will void the warranty.  If the product does not appear as if it will assemble correctly, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page at http://www.vanquishproducts.com/contact-us/.  This warranty lasts as long as the original purchaser owns the product and is not transferable (verified by dated itemized sales receipt accompanied with product).

In the event of a defect under this warranty, Vanquish Products will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product, provided our inspection indicates that an original defect exists.  Vanquish Products reserves the right to replace any product which is no longer available with a product of comparable value and function.  If Vanquish Products determines the repair is not covered under the warranty guidelines, there could be a charge applied for the repair and return shipping charges.

Note: Purchasing products from unauthorized distributors may void warranty and prevent support and service.
