Canceling Orders We cannot cancel orders that are already packed and/or shipped. If your order has already been shipped by the time we receive your cancellation request, you must go through the return process and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refusal of the shipment from the carrier will result to a two-way shipping charge. We strongly recommend that you accept the merchandise and then proceed through our normal return process.
Preorders/Backorders From time to time Vanquish Products will offer special pricing for customers that are willing to commit to purchasing a new item before it is available. All orders must be paid in full to be considered valid and are non-refundable. In some VERY RARE instances, Vanquish Products will decide to honor a cancellation request. In this case a refund will be issued LESS a 20% processing fee. Preorders are filled in the order they are received, as the product becomes available. If the order is not paid in full at the time, the item goes to the next order in line that is paid. Most coupon codes are not valid on preorders, as preorders are already at a marked down price. Orders with preorder items or backorder items will be held until they can be completed. If the customer wishes the in stock items to be shipped at time of purchase there will be an additional shipping fee for the second shipment. If an order containing a backorder or preorder item qualifies for free shipping and the customer decides to cancel the aforementioned item, and the order subtotal falls below $300, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees.
Miscellaneous Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods.
